erro ao executar goal jetty:run

Segui algumas orientações do fórum mas, ainda sim o erro persiste. Poderia me ajudar?

Failed to bind to 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:8080: Address already in use: bind -> [Help 1]

Isso acontece porque a porta 8080, quando você executa a sua aplicação, já está em uso. Tente trocar a porta da sua aplicação para executar em outra.

exemplo:

mvn jetty:run -Djetty.http.port=9999
