Erro ao criar o "blog"(um novo projeto)

Referente ao curso Maven: Build do zero a web, no capítulo Repositório remoto e local e atividade Repositório remoto e local

O professor já tinha ensinado a criar do mesmo jeito o projeto "produtos" e foi sem nenhum erro, entretanto agora executando o "blog" está acontecendo isso, estou tentando arrumar mas não consigo...

Oi Kennedy, o maven não está conseguindo encontrar o arquivo pom.xml, você está executando pelo terminal?

Parece que você está executando o comando dentro da sua workspace que é: C:\Users\admin\Desktop\workspace não parece estar dentro do projeto maven.

coloquei pra rodar na pasta produtos onde tinha o 'pom' porém ainda continua dando erro:

Além disso também rodei no próprio projeto do maven "apache-maven-3.6.2" e continua sem dá certo... não entendo o motivo rs...
