Estou recebendo seguinte erro ao tentar buildar o projeto via jenkins. Tentei com o django 2.1.7 e com a versão 3.0.5, ambas resultaram no mesmo erro, entretanto tive sucesso com a 3.0.5 no meu local. O comando pip está com --no-cache-dir -r.
Tentei também usar o pip3, mas deu na mesma..
