Então, fiz todos os processo, incluindo colocar o pacote .war na pasta webapps porém quando coloco : "http://localhost:8080/gerenciador/listaEmpresas", tenho esse erro: HTTP ERROR 503 Problem accessing /gerenciador/listaEmpresas. Reason:

Entretanto ao colocar o "http://localhost:8080/", tenho essa mensagem: Error 404 - Not Found. No context on this server matched or handled this request. Que pelo que entendi, o Jetty subiu meu pacote, correto?
Então alguém consegue me ajudar com esse problema?
OBS: No TomCat v9 tudo funciona normalmente e estou usando o Ubuntu.
