Olá, Jaqueline! Tudo bem com você?

Peço desculpa pela demora em responder o seu tópico.

Os erros InvalidArchiveError que você está vendo geralmente ocorrem quando há um problema com os arquivos de pacote baixados. O Conda está tentando acessar esses arquivos, mas por algum motivo não consegue abri-los.

A solução sugerida pelo próprio erro é excluir e baixar novamente ou recriar o arquivo. Você pode fazer isso limpando o cache do Conda com o seguinte comando no prompt de comando:

conda clean --all

Este comando irá remover o cache de índice, bloqueio arquivos, pacotes de cache não utilizados, tarballs e arquivos de log, permitindo assim que você baixe novamente os pacotes necessários. Depois de executar este comando, tente criar seu ambiente virtual novamente.

Se isso não resolver, outra opção é desinstalar e reinstalar o Anaconda/Miniconda, que é a distribuição que inclui o Conda e muitos pacotes populares de Python.
