[Dúvida] Erro ao Adicionar as dependências do Spring-Security

OBS: Eu baixei a IDE do ItelliJ e o projeto funcionou normal,mas eu gostava de usar o Eclipse e nele o projeto não roda

Eu uso o eclipse e estava tudo indo normal até adicionar a dependência do spring-security, ao adicionar e tentar rodar o servidor ele deu erro.
