Boa noite!

Estou usando o IntelliJ mas o módulo devtools não funciona. Já marquei a opção compiler.automake.allow.when.app.running conforme orientado em outro tópico, mas continua não funcionando. No console aparece:

Devtools property defaults active! Set 'spring.devtools.add-properties' to 'false' to disable

obs. Tentei seguir com o projeto assim mesmo mas na mudança de Topico para TopicoDto também apresentou erro.
