Config Appium

não consigo habilitar "adb, android, emulator could NOT be found" nem o Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator (HAXM installer) no Android Studio. Já tentei ajustando o Hyper-V, tentando instalar manualmente o HAXM e ajustando a BIOS conforme este link https://www.tektutorialshub.com/android-studio/haxm-installation-failed-install-intel-haxm-in-windows/, mas não dá certo. Como que habilito o "adb, android, emulator"?
