Colando no path

Ola !

estou com um pouco de dificuldade para por no path do linux os comandos :

export ANDROID_HOME=$HOME/Android/Sdk export PATH=$PATH:$ANDROID_HOME/tools export PATH=$PATH:$ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools

export JAVA_HOME=/home/paris/Desktop/jdk1.8.0_181 export PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME

nao tenho o arquivo $HOME/.bash_profile: tenho o profile com os seguinte codigo mas nao sei como implementar
