Ola Carlos.

Segundo o log, ele indica erro no mappedBy = "user", dizendo que a propriedade user não existe na classe Membro.

Olá Carlos. Você mudou o nome da tabela no banco de dados para "users" quando você utilizou a anotação @table(name=users) . No mapeamento (mappedby) você tá passando user...o java não tá encontrando a tabela. Mude para (mappedby = users) ...faz esse teste aí .
