Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Eu consigo acessar normalmente direto pelo navegador a URL: http://www.mocky.io/v2/52aaf5deee7ba8c70329fb7d

Porem no meu teste em java eu não consigo trazer o conteúdo.

Client client = ClientBuilder.newClient();
        WebTarget target = client.target("http://www.mocky.io");

        String conteudo = target.path("/v2/52aaf5deee7ba8c70329fb7d").request().get(String.class);
        System.out.println(conteudo);

Tenho chute... acho que o client do jax-rs não define um user-agent no header da requisição.. pode ser que o site em questão tenha bloqueio para este de situação...

Veja como definir isso e aí da uma testada.
