Aula 1 - Banco de dados | Spring MVC: É hora de criar uma webapp com Spring MVC4

Boa noite, importei o projeto e tudo mais para o eclipse já procurei a solução no fórum mas nada me ajuda... estou com o seguinte erro

Mas mesmo assim meu projeto não encontra o banco... ja importei as libs para o build path e nada... tenho outro projeto para teste e ele funciona normal é só um hello word no projeto web dinamico, meu tomcat esta ok
