Boa tarde,
quando eu inicializo a aplicação pela primeira funciona normal, mas se faço alguma alteração e reinicializo recebo o erro de porta em uso:

Action:
Verify the connector's configuration, identify and stop any process that's listening on port 8181, or configure this application to listen on another port.já mudei a porta mas nao adianta.
