Estava com o mesmo problema (eu sou iniciante, portanto não entendo profundamente), mas fui tentando entender o erro e após tantas tentativas, eu entrei no painel de controle e configurações de rede "Painel de Controle\Todos os Itens do Painel de Controle\Conexões de Rede" e desativei a primeira rede (https://cdn1.gnarususercontent.com.br/1/845752/c3d8710b-1d74-493d-ab0d-d02327b40d29.png) , subi a máquina novamente e funcionou.
