Olá,
Clique com o botão direito do mouse no seu projeto e selecione "Propriedades". Em seguida, selecione "Java Build Path" e a guia Library. Procure por uma JVM. Se não houver uma (link quebrado), clique em "Adicionar biblioteca" e adicione a JVM padrão. Se uma VM estiver lá, selecione-a e clique em "Editar" e selecione novamente a JVM padrão. Isso deve restabelecer esse link e corrigir o problema.
